For those who have been curious about beginning a Buddhist meditation, but don’t know where to start, this weekend course will teach you the fundamentals of various types of Buddhist meditation practice.
Learn tools that help you develop a greater sense of ease, concentration, and insight into the nature of reality and enable you to make your life meaningful.

What will be covered?
This includes such meditation techniques as developing calm abiding (single pointed concentration), analytical meditation (meditations on the stages of the path to full awakening) and an introduction to visualization techniques and purification practices. The course is designed to give you tools you need both to begin a daily meditation practice and to deal with any problems and difficulties that may arise in your practice.
Who is this retreat for?
Beginners are welcome and encouraged, as well as older students wanting to revitalize their practice.
